YC Korea is dedicated to provide an equal level of quality as in YC Paris. The engagement starts with the kitchen.
A central kitchen preparing all the pastries sent to the stores as been built exclusively to make YC pastries in Korea.
To go further into the idea of establishing ideal production conditions, YC Korea set a strong hygiene and safety policy in the central kitchen which has been awarded HACCP Certified by korean authorities.
The HACCP label is a yearly renewal designation granted and maintained following regular monthly and annual inspection submissions.
